San Diego Business Journal : San Diego resident Steve Monas teams up with Richard Hooker to self-publish “Shoestring Venture: The Startup Bible,” now available at a libratorium near you. Monas says the book is the first to show entrepreneurs how to run a business in the Internet age, and adds that the book is the first planned for publication by Shoestring Venture Series.
